Hub Tune Up has been servicing Colchester County and beyond since 1975 and has built a reputation for great quality, integrity and care. Our seasoned technicians have the experience and knowledge to diagnose and repair all makes and models. We want to make sure your vehicles is taken care of properly so you can get to where you want to go safely.

What was once a diagnostic service shop, has now expanded to also include electrical, brakes, suspension, OEM maintenance and any other service or repair from bumper to bumper of your car or light truck. Here at Hub, we want to get to the problems before they become bigger problems, but we understand that people work with budgets and we want to help you find the best solution for you, your wallet and your car.

Our comfortable waiting room will have you not wanting to leave. We have hot and cold drinks, as well as, some quick snacks to help you settle in. We have a cable TV located in our waiting room so you can relax and watch your favorite show or catch up on the news. Just want some peace and quiet? Use one of our comfy chairs and bring a book! Or catch up on some work on your laptop at our business center – complete with a charging station.  We want you to have the comforts of home while we take care of your vehicle needs. We understand your time is valuable and if waiting around is not for you, we offer the ability to drop off your vehicle and come back for it at the end of the day.

Meet Our Staff

James & Cheryl McLeod

James and Cheryl started back in 2012 as owners when they purchased Hub Tune Up from Martin Vissers. Then in 2019, they purchased this Willow Street location, from long time owner Steve Ellis and merged the two together. James has a well-balanced knowledge of both domestic and imported vehicles. He has a great ability to explain what is happening to your vehicle in your terms, as well as, coming up with the solutions needed to get it repaired and get you back on the road safely. Cheryl takes care of the office administrative duties & community support. We tell James he is in charge but we all know the truth. Together they make a pretty good team!

He orders the parts that are needed and sometimes he just catches up with whoever is in the waiting room. He is taking the winter months off, but you will be sure to see him again in the Spring.
